Sound journeys curated especially for each embodied theme
We move slowly and wildly, weaving through emotional, physical, energetic layers — creating space for release and reconnection. These events are deeply intuitive, substance‑free, and held in compassionate, sacred container.

Somatic Dance increases your interoceptive fluency… — dance helps you hear what your body is saying, and learn its language. In these events, we work somatically with systems like heart, lungs, skin, bones — weaving them into a holistic, embodied experience.
These dances are community-led, evolving, and deeply soulful. Whether you're curious or committed, you’re welcome here — no experience needed, just your body and an open heart.
